About the Founder
BHUSHAN BAPAT
At the heart of Chi Square Education is Bhushan Bapat — a mentor, trainer, and thought leader whose guidance has shaped the journeys of thousands of management aspirants across India. Bhushan holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology & Science, Indore, and an MBA in International Business from the prestigious Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi.
After gaining valuable industry experience in International Business across Southeast Asia, he returned to India to pursue his passion for training. As a Microsoft Certified Office Specialist and a strategy consultant, Bhushan has trained over 10,000 students since 2012.
His areas of expertise include Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension, General Knowledge for XAT/IIFT/CMAT, and Decision Making for XAT. His invaluable tips for essays, group discussions, and interviews have been instrumental in helping students gain admission to top IIMs in the country.
